This summer has gotten even better: the Saint Louis Art Museum (1 Beaux-Arts promenade) announced that his Art Hill film series will return in July.
A tradition with over a decade under its belt, this year’s episode will take on a sports theme to celebrate an upcoming summer exhibition, seize the moment. The series returns in July for four consecutive Fridays: July 8, 15, 22 and 29. Residents of Saint-Louis can choose the final film to be broadcast through an online vote. Movie options are space jam, sandlot, Karate Kid and Blade of Glory. Closing of the votes this Sunday, March 27.
On March 25, the Saint Louis Art Museum announced the titles of the shows. July 8 is A league apart, Love & Basketball is presented on July 15, and July 22 will show Play it like Beckham.
