A Noise Within presents an American comedy with Latin proportions – Pasadena Weekendr

A Noise Within in Pasadena presents “Latina Christmas Special: An American Comedy of Latina Proportions” on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 14 and 15 from 7:30 p.m.

This Off-Broadway hit is a timely comedy about those on the border between immigrant parent culture and American culture. Each ethnicity can relate to feeling that their parents and families are a little different during the holidays compared to traditional American Christmases as shown on television.

Three actress friends – Sandra Valls (Showtime’s Latin Comedy Divas), Maria Russell (Lt. Liz Salazar on TruTV’s Tacoma FD) and Diana Yanez (Margaret Cho’s Sultry Wife) – show us with their personal stories that each family has his own hilarious story. idiosyncrasies, everyone wants to belong, and everyone, regardless of background, struggles at some point in their lives.

This event is for ages 12 and up only.

Before being admitted to the theatre, all spectators must provide proof of full vaccination, which means that it has been at least two weeks since the ticket holder’s last vaccination.

Masks are mandatory and social distancing seating is available.
